AI-Based Deliverables & Client Usage

Some services may use AI tools for ideation, draft generation, visual creation, automation, or optimization. AEVORO ensures professional quality control; however, AI outputs may require iteration and refinement, AI-generated content may not be exclusively unique worldwide, and final responsibility for compliance and approvals remains with the client.

Clients agree not to use AI-generated deliverables in ways that violate copyright, trademark rights, advertising laws, platform policies, or any legal regulations.

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Payments, milestone structure, and billing terms will be specified in proposals or service agreements. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable once work has started, and cancellation after work begins may require settlement for completed stages.

Third-Party Tools & Platforms

AEVORO may use third-party tools, plugins, hosting, domain services, analytics platforms, advertising platforms (Meta/Google), AI tools, or integrations. AEVORO is not responsible for service downtime, pricing changes, policy restrictions, or failures of third-party platforms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nature of Services

AEVORO provides digital services including AI-powered advertising & video production, UX/UI design, website & mobile app development, brand identity & strategy, and AI integrations/chatbot integration (if applicable). Since these are custom professional services involving time, resources, tools, and team allocation, refunds are limited once work begins.

Payments & Milestones

Most projects are executed in phases or milestones. Payment terms will be mentioned in the proposal or invoice. Payments are due as per milestone completion or agreed schedule.

Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation at any time by emailing us with the project details.

If cancellation happens before work starts: AEVORO may refund the paid amount after deducting platform/payment gateway charges (if any).

If cancellation happens after work starts: No refund will be issued for completed work or time already spent. The client must pay for completed milestones, work-in-progress effort (if applicable), and any purchased resources (domains, plugins, stock assets, paid AI tools, hosting).

If cancellation happens mid-milestone: AEVORO may share partial deliverables based on progress, and charges will be calculated proportionally.

Refund Policy

AEVORO follows a no-refund policy once design work begins (wireframes, UI screens, prototypes), development work begins (coding, backend setup, integrations), AI video production starts (concept/scripting/asset creation/editing), branding work begins (logo concepts, identity system), or any milestone is completed and delivered.

Because services are customized and resource-based, refunds cannot be provided for time and effort already invested.

Non-Refundable Items

Advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
